Shipping Policy – The Gym Shop

At The Gym Shop, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing & Dispatch Times:

• In-stock small items (e.g. accessories, supplements, smaller equipment): dispatched within 3–5 business days and delivered within up to 14 days.

• Large equipment & pre-order items: Some larger items may be on pre-order. These can take up to 12–14 weeks (approx. 3 months) to arrive. We will keep you updated throughout the process and provide tracking as soon as your item is shipped.

Delivery Partners:
We use trusted freight and courier partners to ensure safe delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Communication:
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays. You’ll be notified of all shipments.
